At 1226 Bishopville Volunteer Fire Department was alerted to the 13000 BLK of Old Stage Road for a commercial structure fire. On arrival it was reported as a ship building business with a approximately 60'x30' garage and office space involved. Engine 906 arrived on scene first laying a supply line in, then placing an attack line in service to the front of the structure. The fire was quickly placed under control and units remained on scene for an extended amount of time for overhaul due to the interior conditions. Departments on scene were: Bishopville Volunteer Fire Department, Showell Volunteer Fire Department, Ocean Pines Volunteer Fire Department, Selbyville Volunteer Fire Company, Dagsboro Volunteer Fire Department and Frankford Volunteer Fire Company. Units also on scene: Worcester County Fire Marshal's Office and Maryland Department of the Environment.
